BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, SEPT 26 – The Baiduri Bank Group held an annual blood donation campaign in collaboration with the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital Blood Donation Center (RIPAS) located in the Baiduri Community Room at the Baiduri Bank Headquarters, yesterday.
More than 130 participants, including Baiduri Bank Group staff and members of the public came together to donate blood to support replenishing the low blood supply for the national blood bank needs at RIPAS Hospital.
The initiative as part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts has been held every year since 2009. As in previous years, this blood donation campaign effort was led by apprentices from Graduate Apprenticeship Programme (GAP) Baiduri Bank.
The two apprentices who led the campaign initiative, Dayang Syahirah Malik and Dayang Haziqah Juffri emphasized that teamwork and cooperation were essential for the success of the event.
“This event is really rewarding for our group. I would like to thank everyone who participated; Your contributions have made a huge impact in our community. In addition, we are also pleased to support SMARTER Brunei by featuring their delicious biscuits, which were well received at the event,” shared Dayang Syahirah.
