Policy: Ten of the mayors belong to the Labor Party and the Center Party. They are protesting against a decision that, for environmental reasons, the farming industry must reduce production by 6 percent over the next two years, writes Television 2.

Also in the previous two-year period, farming in the area had to be reduced. The area runs from Karmøy to Stad.

– We have colored the Sognefjorden red politically, but I think the hell rather, the question is how long it will stay like that if we are not listened to soon, says mayor Kjell Eide (Ap) in Hyllestad municipality.
