Florence, 13 May 2022 – So much fear but no damage after the earthquake on Thursday evening with its epicenter in  Impruneta . The mayor of Florence and the Metropolitan City Dario Nardella took stock of the situation with the managers of the Metropolitan Civil Protection Leonardo Ermini and municipal and with the fire brigade commander Gennaro Tornatore .

From the inspections carried out, explains Nardella, no damage was found to people and things in the entire metropolitan area. Checks are underway on two reports of cracks.

There was just a lot of fear,as shown by the data of the 112 control panel, which received 220 calls in 10 minutes, 350 in total after 40 minutes.

The tremor was distinctly felt because it did not occur in depth.

“The earthquake? It touches us in our fragility”. Talk to the psychologist
