BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, SEPT 26 – A viral message regarding complaints of rudeness and negligence of staff at the medicine counter in giving out expired medicine at the Emergency Department, Hospital Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha will be investigated in detail.
According to the Ministry of Health, they take the complaint seriously and have investigated the reported abuse and are working to contact the complainant to ensure the validity and take appropriate remedial measures.
In the meantime, the ministry recommends that complainants provide complete information via email to [email protected], Talian Darussalam 123 or via the MOHCares application to help improve the quality of health services to the public.
The Ministry of Health also advises the public to check each medicine received before leaving the counter and do not hesitate to ask the staff on duty about the correct way to take the medicine.
If there is any confusion, unclear information or accidental mistakes, the public is advised to immediately visit any pharmacy counter under the Ministry of Health to obtain certainty and more information to ensure that the medicine supplied is taken correctly.
