ANKARA, SEPT 27 – At least 39 more Palestinians were killed in the relentless attacks by Israel in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths since October 7, 2023 to 41,534, the Agency reported. Anatolia who quoted the statement of the Ministry of Health in the troubled region yesterday.
The ministry’s statement also stated that a total of 96,092 people have been injured in the ongoing attacks.
“The Israeli army killed 39 people and injured 86 others in four massacres of families in the last 24 hours. “Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets because rescuers cannot reach them,” the ministry said.
Despite a United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire, Israel has continued to launch non-stop attacks on the Gaza Strip for nearly a year since October 7.
The attack has forced almost the entire population of the region to evacuate, while the ongoing blockade has resulted in severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine.
Israel is also facing charges of genocide by the International Court of Justice over its actions in Gaza. – Named
