EALING, OCT 30 – A 19-year-old girl managed to fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor without going to medical school just by casually walking into a hospital and pretending to be a doctor.
According to Oddity Central, Kreuena Zdrafkova, a Bulgarian-born teenager living in West London’s Ealing district has always dreamed of becoming a doctor and suddenly she is determined not to let such a small thing as a lack of medical training stop her.
Earlier this year, he put on a white coat and rubber gloves and confidently walked into Ealing Hospital and started acting like one of the doctors there.
Throughout the day there, he is seen inspecting medical instruments, getting into ambulances and even administering unknown substances to patients without anyone realizing that he is not actually a doctor.
He was so confident that he could land his dream job that he returned to the hospital three days later with a stethoscope around his neck.
Zdrafkova managed her brief stint as a doctor in April before being arrested when she showed up for the second day.
He was recently sentenced to 12 months in prison and 15 days of rehabilitation activities. He is also banned from entering any NHS (National Health Service) facility except in an emergency.
His lawyer described him as a young immigrant who just wanted to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a doctor without actually harming anyone. This may have succeeded in convincing the judge to give him a light sentence.
“He spoke to the patient warmly and convinced to provide treatment,” said lawyer Zdrafkova about her interaction with a patient. “One time he had a tissue and wiped the patient’s face. He was really close to fulfilling his dream of becoming a doctor.”
During his ‘play’ as a doctor at Ealing Hospital, he introduced himself as ‘Dr. Christina’ and treated a patient who was in custody accompanied by two policemen.
Still, that didn’t scare Zdrafkova one bit when hospital CCTV footage showed her inserting a syringe with an unknown substance into a patient’s mouth. Fortunately the substance did not have any negative effects on the patient. – Agency
