75 received a certificate at the closing ceremony of the program

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 7 – A total of 75 students of Year 1 and 2 of the Highest Diploma of ‘Aliyah Qira’at, Institute of Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (ITQSHHB) who participated in the Islamic Motivation and Leadership Program received certificates during the closing ceremony of the program at the institute regarding, this afternoon.

Present as the guest of honor was the Acting Principal of ITQSHHB, Awang Mohammad Ali Sabri bin Haji Yusof.

The program was run by the Daie Youth Volunteer Agency with the support of the Youth Religious Program Secretariat, the Islamic Dakwah Center (PDI) and in collaboration with ITQSHHB and it took place for two days at the PDI.

By bringing the theme Jahiliyyah Culture in the Digital Era: Are We Returning to the Past?the program was presented through a sharing session by a certified Speaker of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council and a Committee Member (AJK) of the Daie Youth Volunteer Agency, Dayang Hurul-Ain Diyana binti Haji Abdul Majid @Vieana.

The program is also filled with a number of briefings, workshops, activities and presentation sessions from facilitators who are members of the Daie Youth Volunteer Committee.

The program ended with a closing ceremony graced with a video screening and Daie Open Mic before the certificate and prize presentation ceremony completed by the guest of honor.

The objective of this program is to function the role of Belia Daie as a youth organization that is responsible for carrying out da’wah and Al-Amr bil ma’ruf wan Nahyu anil Munkar especially for students of higher education institutions in Brunei Darussalam.
