BELAIT, NOV 8 – Year 6 and 8 students from St Angela Seria School expanded their knowledge of robotics and coding in a recently held STEAM workshop.
The workshop held in the school classroom was organized by the Gen Tech Learning Center also known as Zenius Tech Brunei.
In the workshop, students took part in a variety of fun and challenging activities as Year 8 students learned more about motors and robotics by using a 3D pen to create a key chain and even build a remote control robot.
The completed robots are then tested in the playing field where they battle each other.
Meanwhile, Year 6 students learned about making paper circuit cards and built sumo robots which were then tested in battle.
With practical experience in the field of STEAM, fostering creativity, problem solving and teamwork through the workshop, both year groups managed to acquire valuable skills and knowledge in technology and innovation.
