BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 15 – With the desire to learn management, facilities, teaching methods and guidance for people with special needs and disabilities, a total of 30 students from the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Quran Tahfiz Institute (ITQSHHB) visited the Disabled Children’s Association ( GLASS) Temburong branch recently.
The visit which was received for the first time by the Temburong GLASS Association saw a group led by the Chairman and Chief Secretariat of the ITQSHHB Examination Evaluation, Haji Mohammad Shah bin Haji Abdul Momin.
The group was also joined by the Chairman of ITQSHHB Students, Awang Muhammad Mugni bin Haji Mohd Salleh.
The arrival of the tour group was welcomed by the teaching staff, staff and members of KACA with the group given a special briefing on the history of establishment, management and teaching methods at the KACA Center which was delivered by KACA Treasurer, Haji Roslan bin Haji Md Hassan.
To liven up the atmosphere during the visit, the group performed several tausyeh songs in addition to cleaning the classrooms, kitchen and helping to pack the teaching equipment.
ITQSHHB also handed out financial donations, toys, learning tools and daily necessities delivered by Ustaz Hanafi bin Haji Zaini.
The CACA branch in Temburong District was officially opened on June 27 where it is located in Bangar, Temburong.
KACA also has other branches in Bandar Seri Begawan, Kuala Belait and Tutong.
