HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A caller reported around 5:30 p.m. Nov. 8 that a vehicle stopped in the 600-block and the driver got out and pulled the passenger out of the vehicle and threw her to the ground while she was holding a dog.
Officers located those involved and learned that there was a struggle inside the vehicle with both throwing items outside the window, including the woman’s purse.
The Cleveland man, 36, and Highland Heights woman, 47, were both cited for disorderly conduct. They were sent on their way, but the woman called police about an hour later to report being assaulted by the man at her home on Wilson Mills Road.
