PEPPER PIKE, Ohio
School bus complaint: Lander Road
After a caller reported a car passing his daughter’s school bus around 3 p.m. Nov. 11, police checked the registration, contacted the driver and reviewed the footage.
It turned out the Orange City School District bus only had its yellow caution lights flashing instead of its red flashers with the moveable stop sign arm.
But the Cleveland Heights man, 61, was still cited for passing the bus on a double yellow line in the two-lane roadway.
