NEW ORLEANS — The Browns lost for the seventh time in the last eight games and fell to 2-8 on the season after an embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Saints.
Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe discussed the state of the team after another loss on their postgame edition of the Orange and Brown Talk podcast.
They talk about if a loss like this — and if another one on Thursday — is the type of loss that can prompt big changes for an organization and how much longer they can keep with the current approach.
They also talk about the play of Jameis Winston and why he’s the right quarterback to lead this team through the remainder of the season.
Lastly, they look at left tackle now that Dawand Jones is out for the year and what the Browns will do to protect Winston’s blindside.
