WICHITA, Kans. (KSNW) — One person is critically hurt in a shooting in North Wichita.
Sedgwick County Dispatch says it happened just after 9p.m. in the 1400 block of N. Otis, near 13th and Broadway.
Roads are blocked at Broadway, from 11th to 13th according to dispatch.
