BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 24 – Jerudong Primary School organized the Graduation Ceremony for Year 6 Pupils and Preschool Pupils 2024 which took place in the Dewan Ceria of the school yesterday.
The ceremony which celebrated 69 year 6 students and 55 preschool students started with a song God bless the Sultan and followed by the school song Capture the Golden Moment’.
After that the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat was read by SRJ’s Head Religious Teacher, Muhammad Ramlan Bin Hj Jais followed by a welcome speech from Head Teacher Ms. Khadijah Bte Hj Gapar.
The ceremony continued with a titled dance The Dreamers as an opening performance by Year 6 students and continued with the presentation of prizes and certificates to Preschool and Year 6 students completed by the headmaster of the school.
Presentation of certificates to some students involved in Primary School Kids Athletic Festival was also presented in the event.
To brighten up the atmosphere of the ceremony, a special video screening recalled the beautiful memories of the students and also a singing performance by preschool students titled We are family.
Before ending the ceremony on the day, the Year 6 student representative Muhammad Aqeel Azhar Bin Isa also delivered a speech of appreciation for the support from teachers, parents and guardians throughout their learning at school and at home.
Then the ceremony closed with a heartfelt farewell song performance by Year 6 students.
More than 100 parents and guardians of students were present at the ceremony.
