BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 28 – Temburong Arab School celebrated a total of 63 students who achieved academic excellence for the year 2024 at the Student Day Ceremony which took place at the Temburong District Community Hall Complex today.
Present as the guest of honor at the ceremony was the Acting Temburong District Officer, Ministry of Home Affairs, His Excellency Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar.
The ceremony started with the reading of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah A-Fatihah, Doa Selamat and followed by the singing of the national anthem and the school’s official song.
Next was a welcome speech by Temburong Arab School’s head teacher, Dayang Serikartini binti Haji Omar, followed by a performance by the students and then the presentation of prizes and certificates by the guest of honor to the celebrated students.
The ceremony was also continued with Haflut Takharruj for the Year 8 students who completed their studies at the school.
