In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated every October 10, many parties hold events such as forums, talks, workshops on awareness and the causes of mental disorders.
Such efforts are becoming more frequent and should be commended.
However, I would like to suggest that the human resources department in the company should play a more active role in dealing with mental problems such as holding online sessions or seminar visits from professionals to spread the word about this matter to those working especially in the private sector.
The human resources department should also consider mental leave the same as sick leave.
This is because starting with mental illness can lead to other illnesses such as high blood pressure, lack of sleep and many other diseases.
Especially when there is a specific project or event of a company that demands more time or employee commitment to make it happen.
Mental leave is given before or after the event in order to give enough mental rest to the employees involved.
Strong Worker
