BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 15 – A total of 83 Year 6 students together with four supervising teachers from Chung Ching Middle School, Primary Division, had a study visit to the Brunei Darussalam Scout Federation Headquarters yesterday.
The group’s arrival was welcomed by the Brunei Muara District Scout Commissioner, Skip Samsuddin bin Haji Ahmad.
Among other things, the purpose of the visit is to introduce the students to the basics of scouting as well as the values ​​of cooperation, leadership, and discipline in team activities.
Throughout the visit, Brunei Muara District Assistant Scout Commissioner, Skip Leslie Lim, gave an in-depth explanation about the scouting movement in the country and shared various experiences and activities carried out by the association.
This information session provides inspiration to students to participate in scouting activities and build their identity as visionary and disciplined individuals.
The visit of the school students ended with a question and answer session where the students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the role and activities of scouts at the national level.
