A picture has emerged of firefighters attending to a car in an accident in Bolton.
The car on Bradshawgate was in the middle of the road while surrounded by firefighters.
Onlookers said they had seen two cars amid the accident but it is unclear what happened.
One man, Danny Loynd was on his way home when he saw the accident.
He said: “I just saw the fire service cutting the car open. One car was further down the road and on the pavement so must have been some impact.
“Very bad RTC Bradshawgate and corner of great moor Street.”
Danny had stumbled upon the scene at 4.50am.
