With about 54 seats in the House yet to be called, Democrats are hopeful that they can claim the House majority by winning over swing districts in New York and California. In several battleground states where Harris lost the majority vote, Democratic candidates for Congress have seen some success. Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
