Being interested in the sport of Muay Thai since 2015 inspired singer Aizat Amdan to write his latest song titled Stand Strong.
Aizat or Muhammad Aizat Amdan, 35, said the song came about by accident while conducting a podcast session with his friend and brother, Amar Amdan.
Aizat’s story. at that time they were discussing the heyday of the country’s football around 1998, thus becoming a stanza in the song.
“The message of this song is about struggle, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose in life.
“It has become normal in life where there are ups and downs, sometimes ups and downs, but most importantly, life needs to continue with a positive mindset,” he said.
According to Aizat, the song also got a touch with Mel Ramlan and Izzy Musa in addition to taking a year to produce.
He, who is now a Muay Thai boxer, said the music video of the song also tells about the difficulties of his journey into the sport.
“This music video tells the story of my journey when I first ventured into the sport of Muay Thai, from ordinary training to my first match on October 12.
“It looks easy, but the real reality of the sports world is full of hard work, very testing and challenging physically and mentally.
Aizat explained, through this song he also shows his true self even though he was once known as Aizat AF, Ai.Z or Aizat Amdan.
“I try to be myself, the most authentic version of myself, and that transformation is important for everyone because there is growth there.
“I like to highlight some other side of Aizat Amdan, because everything I do is in the name of art,” he explained. – Agency
