Policy: – Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Republican Party of Florida, but unfortunately he declines to participate, Melina Trump’s office writes in a statement.

Barron Trump, who is former President Donald Trump’s youngest son, has largely been kept out of the public eye growing up. In March he turned 18, and next week he will graduate from high school.

The Republican National Convention takes place from July 15 to 18 in Milwaukee in the state of Wisconsin. There, Donald Trump will be formally appointed as the Republican presidential candidate.

If Barron had attended the convention, he would have been seated next to siblings Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump, all of whom will be part of the Florida delegation.
