RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Things are moving along nicely at the Belle Oaks Marketplace development, including construction of the Meijer store, and the long awaited demolition of the onetime Richmond Town Square mall’s former Sears building.
Speaking during his report to City Council at its meeting Tuesday (Nov. 19), Building Commissioner William Gallagher reported that Meijer, which will be the largest retailer at Belle Oaks — the mixed-use development being constructed on the former mall site — is in a “great situation” in terms of its advancing construction.
