Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still ironing out their divorce agreement.
The estranged couple met with celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser at their Los Angeles office on Monday morning — one month after Lopez filed to end their two-year marriage.
The “Marry Me” star, 55, was spotted arriving at the West Hollywood, Calif., location solo, wearing a cream midi skirt and a matching long-sleeve top.
Wasser, aka the “disso queen,” arrived around the same time as Lopez in a short striped dress and heels. The high-powered lawyer also represented Affleck during his 2018 divorce from Jennifer Garner.
Although the “Argo” actor, 52, was not photographed arriving at his office, his car was notably parked in his reserved spot.
According to TMZ, the former spouses have been using the neutral location, where they have separate offices, as a meeting place amid divorce proceedings.
Lopez and Affleck have reportedly been working with Wasser for months — even before the actress pulled the plug on their marriage.
The former couple didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement before their July 2022 nuptials, meaning their divorce “has the potential to get ugly.”
One of the biggest points of contention is reportedly Affleck’s production company, Artists Equity, which has been busy busting out projects since he founded it alongside BFF Matt Damon in 2022.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer, who starred in one of the company’s recent films, and Affleck are reportedly trying to figure out what — if anything — she should get from future projects.
Insiders tell TMZ the pair’s divorce likely won’t be finalized until February.
Lopez noted that her and Affleck’s assets were “unknown” when she filed for divorce last month.
Since there was no prenup, all income or property — such as their $68 million mansion — accrued during their marriage is considered “community property” — regardless of who purchased it or made it.
From July 2022 to August 2024, Lopez launched a cocktail brand, Delola, and starred in or produced at least four projects.
Affleck also worked on four films during their marriage.
On top of that, the duo likely made even more from endorsements or other revenue streams.
Regardless of the sticky situation, the exes have remained on good terms, attending school events for their children together and enjoying a family outing at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
In fact, during their meal at the Polo Lounge, the exes were seen “holding hands and kissing,” which insiders said “was not planned.”
“They have always had a lot of sexual chemistry,” a source told Page Six. “They are still attracted to one another.”
Despite the brief reunion, sources insisted they are still moving forward with their split.
