It is a debacle that was foretold: parents and school administrators report to the Tagesspiegel that the supply from the school caterer “40 Seconds” at numerous Berlin schools in various districts has had a very bumpy start. The problems affect both the quality of the food and the service – in some cases nothing was delivered at all in the past few days or only after lunchtime.
