Sport: Paris Saint-Germain were long-time league champions and Monaco runners-up, but Brest climbed past Lille, who drew 2-2 with fifth-placed Nice.

Mahdi Camara, Jordan Amavi and Kenny Lala scored for Brest in the 2nd half against a Toulouse team with Aron Dønnum from the start and Warren Kamanzi as a substitute.

At the opposite end of the table, Lorient moved down by the smallest margin despite a 5-0 victory over table jumbo Clermont. Metz had to see themselves beaten 0-2 by Paris Saint-Germain, who finished with victory without Kylian Mbappé in the squad.

Thus, Lorient used the chance to take in three points and seven goals, but it was one goal too few. With equal goal difference, the decision fell on mutual settlement. There, Metz took the lead on the away goals rule after a 3-2 win away and a 1-2 loss at home.

Lorient follows Clermont down, while Metz gets to play qualification.

The season isn’t over yet. Paris Saint-Germain will face Lyon in the cup final next weekend. Then Mbappé will probably be with PSG one last time.
