Cleveland should consider negotiating with Brook Park for a land swap or annexation of property for a future Browns stadium. A similar swap occurred with the IX Center in 2001. As part of the agreement, Brook Park could request a certain percentage of ticket sales and wouldn’t have to increase their police or emergency forces to accommodate such a large event center. Seems like a fair compromise for all.
