
A multi-vehicle crash this afternoon in York County has led to the closing of the road as the Pennsylvania State Police continue their investigation.
According to a release from the state police, the crash took place around 2:30 on March 6 along the 6000 block of Woodbine Road in Peach Bottom Township.
Several vehicles were involved in the incident. Upon their arrival, first responders found that one of the occupants of the involved vehicles was dead. Details have not yet been released on the cause of death.
The 6000 block of Woodbine Road has been shut down following the accident, pending an investigation, and will remain closed for “an extended period of time,” according to the press release. Information on when the road will be reopened was not immediately available from the York County State Police.
