Crime and justice: The three are from the same family network that has built up wealth and real estate through serious financial crime, according to Television 2.

The channel reports that the two men, aged 38 and 28, are respectively sentenced to four and a half years and three years and eight months in prison. The 37-year-old woman is sentenced to community punishment of 418 hours.

Hordaland District Court has also decided that the three must endure confiscation of dividends totaling NOK 6.8 million.

The police investigated them for over three years and seized “school notebooks”, where a neat overview of both “black” and “white” turnover is kept.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the black income of several million kroner should come from car repair shop operations and restaurant operations, which have then been invested in property.

Customers have paid for goods and services, without knowing that the money has gone directly to private offices – including the children’s bank accounts of the defendants.
