ATHENS, Ga. – The No. 10 Georgia Bulldogs will entertain the Massachusetts Minutemen today – Saturday, Nov. 23 – at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia. This game is available on multiple streaming services for free.

Georgia sits precariously in third place for SEC superiority heading into the weekend slate. Their only losses this season are to Texas and Ole Miss.

Senior quarterback Carson Beck leads the Bulldogs offense, totaling 2,835 yards with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He also has 71 rushing yards and a score on the ground. Despite his turnovers, Beck has a 61.5% completion percentage and a QBR of 80.5, which is the 12th-highest in the nation.
Beck did not throw an interception in the win over Tennessee, snapping a four-game stretch where he had at least one pick.
The gunslinger has a myriad of options in the passing game. Junior Dillon Bell has tallied 35 receptions for 405 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 11.6 yards per reception. Senior Arian Smith has hauled in 37 receptions for 585 yards and three touchdowns, averaging 15.8 yards per reception.
Georgia’s run game is spearheaded by junior running back Trevor Etienne, who has tallied 95 carries for 477 yards and seven touchdowns.
The Bulldogs are converting on 75% of their fourth-down attempts, which is tied for the seventh-best in the nation.
The defense is holding the opposition to 18.3 points per game. The unit has been especially stingy in the fourth quarter, allowing just 3.7 points, which is tied for seventh-best in the nation.
The Bulldogs linebacker duo of junior Jalon Walker and senior Chaz Chambliss has been a force. Walker has 29 solo tackles and 5.5 sacks while Chambliss has 19 solo tackles and 5.5 sacks of his own. Senior defensive back Dan Jackson has racked up 38 solo tackles, two interceptions and three pass deflections.

The Minutemen (2-8) are coming off a 35-34 overtime loss to the Liberty Flames. Currently as an independent, Massachusetts is set to join the Mid-American Conference in 2025.
They have dropped five of their last six games and fired head coach Don Brown on Nov. 18. Offensive coordinator Shane Montgomery will slide into interim head coach and finish out the season.
The UMass offense is averaging 21.3 points, 185 passing yards and 155.2 rushing yards per game.
Before a season-ending injury against Mississippi State on Nov. 2, senior quarterback Taisun Phommachanh guided the Minutemen with 1,590 yards, eight touchdowns and six interceptions. He also claims 317 rushing yards with three scores.
Freshman A.J. Hairston has taken over the role the past two games. He went 13-of-25 for 163 yards and a rushing score in the loss to Liberty.
Senior receiver Jakobie Keeney-James has hauled in 42 receptions for 670 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 16 yards per reception. Sophomore T.Y. Harding has notched 16 receptions for 317 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 19.8 yards per reception.
The Minutemen’s rushing attack is led by junior Jalen John, who has tallied 84 carries for 398 yards and three touchdowns.
The UMass defense is allowing 32 points per game this season.
Sophomore defensive end Kofi Asare has 10 solo tackles with three sacks and one forced fumble. Junior defensive end Louce Julien has 16 solo tackles with four sacks and one forced fumble.
Senior defensive back Te’Rai Powell patrols the secondary with 20 solo tackles and two interceptions.
The Minutemen have been dreadful in the third quarter, tied for 131st in the nation with just 1.3 points in that span.
Georgia won the only other meeting between the two programs back in 2015.
