Berlin will provide Ukraine with IRIS-T air defense systems. Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz announced this today.
According to the head of the German government, 8 medium and 9 short-range anti-aircraft systems will be provided to Ukraine.
“The first four systems will be delivered to Ukraine already this year,” Scholz noted.
