Sport: That’s what the midfielder, who was recently back on the training field, tells Romerikes Blad.

– It is the first time since I was injured that I have been close to a full session, so it was good. I’ve never had a strain in my calf, and now I’ve learned that you can feel fine for half an hour before you feel that it suddenly hurts again. It is hopeless to get injured since the games are so close. I will stay out there now, knock on the table, says Lundemo to the local newspaper.

The 30-year-old’s calf problems started in the 2-0 win away to Haugesund on 7 April. After the cup match against Bjørkelangen the following week, the situation got worse.

– After the cup match, those of us who had not played ran, and after 15 races I felt that it had completely settled. Then it was a real stretch. It was idiotic and I have to learn from that. In retrospect, I should have said that I shouldn’t run, continues Lundemo.

LSK boss Andreas Georgson tells RB that there is a “big chance” that Lundemo is part of the squad against Sarpsborg on Sunday.

– It looked good. He has been declared healthy. It is always an assessment of how long he will last after being away, but we will have to use the days leading up to the match to decide that. It is one thing to run without a ball, but another to run with a ball, he says.
