HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A caller reported around 11 p.m. Nov. 13 that his neighbor was outside yelling and banging things.
Officers responded to the home on Kenarden Drive and learned that the man had been in an argument but was OK.
A similar complaint about the man was received around 12:30 a.m. Nov. 15.
