An 89-year-old holidaymaker from Berlin was recovered dead from the Baltic Sea. Lifeguards from the DLRG discovered him lifeless floating on the water at beach entrance number three in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, just a hundred meters from the shore, according to the police. A doctor who happened to be there tried to resuscitate the man together with the lifeguards. The emergency doctor could only confirm the holidaymaker’s death. According to initial investigations by the criminal police, the death was a natural death.
