A SAVVY woman has revealed that she gave her tired balcony an epic transformation on a budget.
To keep the costs down, Julia used bargain buys from Ikea and people are stunned at how good it looks.

DIY fan Julia took to TikTok where she posts under the username @ju1iaha, to show off the step-by-step process of the balcony’s overhaul.
In her clip, which was shared with the caption ‘ready for summer nights in my first home’, Julia shared her stunning balcony makeover.
She said: “Watch me transform my balcony from this, to this.”
At the start of the clip, Julia shared what her balcony looked like before she got to work.
It was very plain, dirty and clearly unloved, so Julia made sure to inject some love and personality into the project.
She started off by giving the balcony a fresh lick of white paint, instantly brightening up the dull space.
She then used black patio slabs, which she confirmed were from Ikea, to give the balcony flooring a modern upgrade.
To complete the look, she put white stones around the edges of the patio slabs and accessorised the space with some glamorous soft furnishings.
Julia used a large soft chair, dressed with pillows and a cosy throw for the ultimate seating area, perfect for spending summer days in the sun.
She also decorated the space with a small table, hanging decorations, pampas grass and candles.
Thanks to Julia’s quick and easy DIY job, her balcony was given an epic transformation, in barely any time at all.
