CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY—One of the finest cities down south rolled out the red carpet for the visiting Premier Volleyball League (PVL), which will host an All-Filipino Conference doubleheader here.
Fans of the southern port hub gave a warm welcome to players from Creamline, PLDT, Akari, and Gerflor, who will see action at Aquilino Q. Pimentel Jr. International Convention Center on Saturday.

CAGAYAN DE ORO — Defending champion Creamline, PLDT, Akari, and Gerflor received a warm welcome from their fans here ahead of their much-anticipated games on Saturday in the 2023 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) second All-Filipino Conference at Aquilino Q. Pimentel International Convention Center.
The four PVL squads paid a courtesy visit on Mayor Rolando Uy at Cagayan de Oro City Hall, where the league officials and staff led by President Ricky Palou and Chairman Tonyboy Liao had lunch, before taking their time to interact with their fans in a meet and greet.

CAGAYAN DE ORO — Petro Gazz middle blocker Ranya Musa suffered a complete ACL tear in her right knee, ruling out for the remainder of the 2023 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) second All-Filipino Conference.
The Angels, who absorbed their fourth straight loss to Choco Mucho, 25-18, 23-25, 15-25, 16-25, shed light on why Musa sat out on Thursday at FilOil EcoOil Centre.
Musa hurt her right knee in their game against Cignal last week at Philsports Arena.
