The Minister of the Interior, Matúš Šutaj Eštok, plans to propose temporarily appointed police chief Ľubomír Solák to the post of president of the Police Force. He announced it in the television program Markíza Na telo plus. The head of the Ministry of the Interior added that he intends to get in touch with the chairman of the Armed Forces and Security Committee of the Slovak Republic to give him a date for convening the committee where Solák will be heard, and then he would appoint him to the position. Šutaj Eštok noted that he would like it to be as soon as possible.
