PHILLIP Schofield lives in a gorgeous bachelor pad close to his Dancing On Ice and This Morning co-star Holly Willoughby.
Phillip, 59, snapped up a large west London home after his split from wife Stephanie Lowe in 2019.
And the two-bed semi is beautifully decorated.
It has a huge conservatory that draws in plenty of light and is attached to his spacious kitchen.
The breakfast bar in the kitchen is where Phil likes to test out his own wine collection, and the house has two living rooms, one with fluffy carpets and neutral furniture.
This Morning co-stars Phil and Holly, 41, have since been spotted riding bikes in the area, which is close to the River Thames.
ITV star Declan Donnelly also lives close by with his wife and daughter, and it is apparently also near the home Ant McPartlin shared with his ex-wife Lisa Armstrong.
Speaking about the £2million house, a neighbour revealed: “There’s quite a few famous people already living around here so Phillip Schofield moving in is not a big deal.
“A lot of people have been talking about it, but nobody bothers him. He’s a lovely bloke and I’m sure he’ll enjoy living in our community.”
Phil’s ex colleague Eamonn Holmes lives in Surrey with Ruth Langsford.
The couple hosted This Morning for 14 years before they were brutally axed in a shake-up at the channel.
Eamonn last week branded his former This Morning colleague Phillip “passive aggressive” and slammed ITV for axing him and wife Ruth Langsford.
The star reignited his feud with Phil two years after Ruth, 61, made an official complaint about him to TV bosses.
Belfast-born Eamonn, 62, and his wife were replaced with Alison Hammond and Dermott O’Leary after 14 years hosting This Morning on Fridays, and during the holidays, in a brutal diversity drive.
Speaking about their time on This Morning, Eamonn said: “Phillip is renowned for snubbing people.
“He’s very passive-aggressive. It’s up to Ruth to say how she felt, but I was feeling hurt for her. No one would have snubbed me like that.
“I have a good Belfast street fighter in me… I would be direct. I don’t go for presenters who think they have a special privilege or aura or influence.”
