Curiosities and celebrities: Earlier on Thursday, two of the jury’s members disappeared out the door after first being chosen, but in the afternoon American time an agreement was reached on twelve members.

The jury includes an English teacher, a salesman, a computer developer and several lawyers.

Now the work to find deputies begins. The judge has said he wants up to six deputies.

The twelve jurors will decide the ex-president’s fate in the much-discussed bribery case.

Trump is indicted for violating the Accounting Act in connection with a payment of $130,000 from Trump’s then-lawyer Michael Cohen to porn actress Stormy Daniels in 2016.

He has pleaded not guilty.

The criminal case is the first ever where a former US president stands as a defendant. It is also the first of four in a series of criminal cases against Trump.
