The 39-year-old star stepped out with Slipknot rocker Sid Wilson on the red carpet for Sunday night’s ceremony in a stunning off the shoulder black dress.
The sheer outfit with a corset style bodice revealed her shoulders and collar bones, with her dyed purple hair falling down in curls.
The top also gave a hint of her toned midriff, while the ensemble was completed with a dark skirt and open-toe platform heels.
The mum-of-one welcomed her first baby into the world with boyfriend Sid in late 2022, and she has been open about her weight loss journey since giving birth.
Back in September, she revealed it was her ‘mission’ to ‘lose all [her] baby weight’, but she took things ‘too far’.
Speaking to Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Schay on her Scheananigans podast, she candidly admitted: ‘Then I was like, “Well, I lost all the baby weight. Let’s see how far I can go with it”. And then went a little too far.’
Kelly explained that she ‘hid for nine months’ after giving birth to avoid being fat shamed by vile trolls.
When Kelly posted a stunning snap of herself wearing a rhinestone dress on Instagram, a fan commented saying she ‘looked different’ and questioned whether she had ‘had work done’.
‘Did you have work done on your neck, face? You look quite different. Also I never saw a pregnant picture of you, did you hire a surrogate to carry your child? Thank you for your transparency,’ the follower in question penned.
Squashing the rumours, she replied: ‘It’s just from weight loss. Honestly I’ve only had Botox. There are no pictures of me pregnant because I hid for 9 months because I did not want to get fat-shamed.’
Her critics have questioned whether she’s undergone plastic surgery in the past, and Kelly has clarified her changing face is simply a result of the weight loss.
‘I’ve done Botox, that’s it,’ she told the Mail. ‘It’s weird because now that I’ve lost weight, everybody is criticising and trying to figure out what it is that I’ve done, and I really just lost weight. It’s just the shape of my face.’
