LATE LATE fans are begging producers to bring back Ryan Tubridy for a Toy Show appearance – as he closes his very last show.
The RTE legend admits he is “humbled, grateful and excited” to bow out after 14 years in the telly hot seat.
Tonight is the Dublin presenter’s final ever time presenting the hit late-night chat show.
RTE viewers admitted “already crying” just minutes into The Late Late Show as Ryan Tubridy prepares to say goodbye.
Late Late fans took to Twitter in a bid to get Tubs back on the show.
One fan said: “Patrick Kielty you’ll have to have Tubs for a cameo guest on your first Toy Show.”
Another said: “Why can’t Ryan Tubridy just do the Toy Show every year, surely Patrick wouldn’t mind?”
One fan said: “I’ll miss Tubridy. Should be kept on for the Toy Show!”
While another added: “Ah here I’m bawling. There is no denying that Ryan Tubridy made the Toy Show his own and you can see how much all the children think of him.”
Meanwhile, Ryan Tubridy has revealed he plans to launch his own podcast after hanging up his Late Late Show mic.

The presenter, who brought the curtain down on his 14 year reign last night, stressed he will continue to host his RTE Radio One show.
But after departing the Montrose flagship show, Tubs is set to join the lucrative world of podcasting outside of the station, as well as fronting documentary projects for TV.
Ryan told The Irish Sun: “I would definitely be looking at the world of podcasts, and docs and history and books for sure.”
And Tubs has the connections to hit the big time as US chat show host Conan O’Brien – who owns American podcast network Team Coco – is a fan of the RTE star after guesting on the Late Late, and has already mentioned Tubs on his own podcast.
An insider said: “Ryan has a huge interest in American politics and would have plenty to say to US listeners. “What’s even more exciting is, unlike RTE, Ryan could say whatever the hell he likes on a podcast.
“You could get Ryan unleashed. After decades on RTE airwaves, that kind of freedom would appeal to Ryan”.
