Neighbors of the Las Misiones subdivision of the city of Gómez Palacio, detained and handed over to the Municipal Police a subject who allegedly threatened a woman with a knife.
The facts were recorded during the afternoon of last Sunday, in the San Pablo Circuit of said housing sector.
It is a male identified as Omar “N”, 40 years old.
allegedly, this individual used a knife to threaten to kill a female identified as Rosario, 41 years oldwithout specifying the reason.
The neighbors managed to intervene and detained the accused, to later call the state emergency system 911.
The elements of the Directorate of Security and Citizen Protection, arrived at the place and carried out the legal detention of the accused.
It also required the presence of the Red Cross paramedics, who checked the man, because he was beaten by the inhabitants of the sectorwithout requiring hospitalization.
Finally, the subject was transferred to the facilities of the Deputy Attorney General of the State of Durango, Laguna Region, where he was made available to the Investigative Agent of the Public Ministry for the crime of threats and whatever he finds.
The affected party must go before the aforementioned instance to file the corresponding complaint about the facts and that way the case can be followed up.
