Pet Project: Clover wants to come over

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Jordan Bani-Younes from the Kansas Humane Society introduced Clover during Thursday’s Pet Project segment.

Jordan says Clover is a very sweet 6-month-old who weighs 23 pounds and loves kisses, belly rubs, and cuddles. For more information about how to adopt Clover, visit the Kansas Humane Society website.

KHS has two events coming up. On Friday, they’re hosting a bingo fundraiser at XY Barclick here for more details. They are also hosting another Read to Rover event this Saturday.

Read to Rover is for children in 1st through 5th grade who are working on their reading skills. On Saturday morning, they’re invited to read to the dogs in the Kansas Humane Society’s care. The 10 a.m. block is full, but the 10:30 and 11 a.m. blocks are still open. You need to reserve your child’s spot in advance.
