BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 31 OCT – Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has been awarded a rating Four-Star Major Airline for the year 2025 by Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) on RB’s dedication to providing passengers with a consistently exceptional flight experience.
The award is based on invaluable feedback from passengers around the world.
Receiving the award on behalf of RB at the APEX Awards Ceremony held in Long Beach, California, yesterday was RB’s Acting Chief Aviation Operations Officer, Awang Badarudin bin Haji Bagol.
The APEX 2025 rankings are based on nearly one million flights rated by passengers across nearly 600 airlines worldwide. It thus reflects RB’s continued commitment to quality, service and passenger satisfaction.
RB remains committed to its vision for continuous improvement and innovation which has seen RB implement several initiatives to enhance the travel experience over the past year.
This includes introducing RB SKYSHOP, an in-flight duty-free shopping experience that makes it easy for passengers, introducing ‘Early Choice Meals’ where passengers can select their meals before the flight at www.flyrb.com. in addition to expanding RB’s route network with the launch of three times a week flights to Chennai, India.
In addition, sustainability efforts are also continuing including a paperless cockpit and improving fuel efficiency across the fleet.
