Actress Sara Ali, 34, admits she needs acting classes to strengthen her level of appreciation and overcome her lack of confidence.
Sara or her real name, Siti Sarah Hairi Ali claimed to be dealing with panic attacks and extreme anxiety after playing the role of Sarimah in a horror movie, Whisper of Sin.
Therefore, Sara decided to handle her emotional problems by attending an acting class with Farah Ahmad.
“One week before the film shoot Whisper of Sin started, I took an acting class with Farah for three days. I want to prepare before entering the shooting set.
“For the first time, I went back to acting classes after 12 years of not doing so. I used to go to class, but now I refuse to be in my comfort zone.
“I have used a lot method and I don’t know what other method to use in acting.
“That’s why I need to go to acting classes and use this knowledge. In acting, some people can use memory, but I can’t use memory all the time.
“So, I had to find another method and this film taught me from a technical point of view,” he said BH Online at the filming location Whisper of Sin in Kuang, Selangor, recently.
Sara admitted, Sarimah’s character in the movie Whisper of Sin quite heavy.
“There is an emotional delivery. For example, if there is a crying scene, it is not just about shedding tears.
“So, I had to get into Sarimah’s character. Because of that, I got it panic attacks a moment
