Shania Twain is set to headline BST Hyde Park 2024 with a very special show.

The Man! I Feel Like A Woman hitmaker is coming to London this summer, joining previously announced headliners Robbie Williams, Stray Kids and Andrea Bocelli.

The country music icon will bring her thrilling live show to Hyde Park on July 7, and she described it as a ‘real privilege’.

She said in a statement: ‘I’ve seen so many of my own musical heroes headlining at Hyde Park and have wonderful summer memories there.

‘It is a real privilege to headline my own show this year. It’s going to be a s**t-kicking party!’

Shania, 58, is sure to treat fans to a spectacle with a career spanning setlist.

From You’re Still The One, I’m Gonna Getcha Good and Honey I’m Home to Up! and That Don’t Impress Me Much, it promises to be a memorable night.

As an added treat for fans, she’ll be supported by Runaway group The Corrs, with plenty more names set to feature on the bill.

The festival’s overall lineup will grow too, with more headliners still to be announced.

So far, we know that as well as Shania, Andrea Bocelli will take to the stage on July 5, followed by Robbie Williams the next night, and Stray Kids on July 14.

She previously admitted she feared she’d never be able to sing again after undergoing throat surgery in 2018 to repair damage to her vocal cords caused by Lyme disease, which she contracted 15 years earlier.

Last year, she told Metro.co.uk: ‘I’ve recovered from this very difficult surgery that may have left me without my voice. It may not have worked. I’m just grateful to be here.’

Shania added that the procedure has even helped her overcome her career-long battle with stage fright.

She said: ‘I would freak out before going on stage, it was such an anxiety panic-attack situation.

‘I’ve learned a lot about mind over matter, more than ever before. Since my surgery, I’ve learned I am so lucky that I am able to sing.

‘It’s like, “Wow, OK, the last thing I want to be, or should be, is afraid to get out there.” ‘

Tickets for Shania Twain at BST Hyde Park go on sale Wednesday 14 February, 10am GMT available at www.bst-hydepark.com.
