Solon man reports vehicle damage from loose manhole cover in the street: Chagrin Falls police blotter

CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio –

Property damage, Maple Street:

A Solon man, 56, damaged his vehicle shortly before 6 p.m. Nov. 5 when he struck a manhole cover at the intersection of Church Street. A tow truck moved his vehicle from the area. No injuries were reported.

Disturbance, East Summit Street:

Police responded to a home 5 p.m. Nov. 3 after a man, 39, reported he was shoved and struck while holding his two-year-old daughter. The responding officer did not observe any injuries to the man. An investigation into his complaint is continuing.
