Syracuse basketball returns to action after an encouraging two-game split in Brooklyn.
It hosts another pesky mid-major in Bryant, which features former Liverpool star Charles Pride and former NCAA Tournament darling Doug Edert, who transferred in after helping Saint Peter’s reach the Elite Eight as a No. 15 seed last March.
Bryant is the first in an important three-game stretch for the Orange. It will travel to Illinois on Tuesday for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge before staying out in the Midwest and facing Notre Dame in its ACC opener next Saturday.
