Bundle up for a freezing start this morning. Afternoon highs will be cool in the 40s and 50s.
More cloud cover moves in today. This will signal our next system headed our way. Rain and snow will stay to our west in Colorado today but will start to impact the area within the next 24 hours.
Rain mixed with some snow will begin to impact extreme Northern Kansas by late tonight.
Overnight lows will be cold again. Temperatures during the night will be near and below freezing.
The chance for showers will go up tomorrow but skies will turn drier just in time for Thanksgiving.
Be prepared for slightly slower travel tomorrow due to showers moving. However, moisture is looking meager for Wednesday.
Rain, possibly mixed with some snowflakes, will mainly be to the north to start the day Wednesday. The chance for rain will include more of southern portions of the area later in the day.
As rain/snow showers get carried south and east, most of it will be gone later in the evening and before we head into the overnight.
Even though Thanksgiving will be drier, jackets, coats, and hoodies will need to stay on all day. High temperatures in the 30s and 40s stick around through the weekend.
