Artsakh kept in Baku case of former high-ranking officials the preliminary investigation has been completed, according to Azerbaijani media, the country’s chief prosecutor Kamran Aliyev said.
He noted that the materials will be submitted to the court soon.
In June of this year, Baku announced the end of the investigation into these cases.
