Still haunted by the anxious moment of his face being caught in the fire, D’Masiv’s vocalist Rian faced severe trauma following the incident, reported mStar.
Rian, 38, said, he can no longer act as agile as before and even feels scared every time he sees sparks on stage.
“If there is even the slightest spark, I am afraid to move let alone stand near the fire.
“Fortunately, I was wearing a leather jacket at the time, so I didn’t feel much pain when I was caught in the fire,” he said.
Last September, Rian faced an anxious moment when he was almost hit by a fire spray while performing at a music festival near Bangka Belitung, Indonesia.
In the meantime, Rian said that he had met the organizers of the festival and asked them to take responsibility for the incident.
This is because, according to Rian, the organizers failed to take care of the safety of the singers and other musicians who were on stage.
“After the show was over, we immediately called all the responsible crew backstage.
“I raged and asked them to be careful so that what happened to me does not happen again to other artists,” he said. – Agency
